Afzal offers worldwide delivery of its products right to your doorstep. The delivery time may vary based on your location, but orders processed from Monday to Saturday are expected to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. International deliveries may take longer, up to 10 to 20 days. The delivery details for your order will be shared with you via a confirmation email. When returning a product, we recommend using a shipping method that is insured and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe return of your item.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving it. Once you have shipped the return package, please inform us of the tracking number. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be subtracted from your refund amount.

If you need to cancel an order, it is important to contact us as soon as possible. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of being placed, so it is important to let us know promptly if you need to make any changes. Damaged Products:

If your products arrive damaged due to shipping, please save the box and the products and immediately notify us by emailing sales@afzalmangoes.com. The shipping carrier will inspect the package and retrieve the damaged goods, and your products will be replaced.

Return Policy

We offer a 05-day return period, meaning you have 05 days from the date of receiving your item (Excluding Mangoes) to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused and with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at sales@afzalmangoes.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
