MANGO ICE-CREAM RECIPE
Here’s a concise recipe for mango ice cream:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups ripe Afzal mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, puree the diced mango until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, scoop the mango ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy!
Note: If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze it. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
